Caviar Blue is a popular line of Western Digital HDD. Products with read-write speed is about 110 MB / s.
This version is SATA 3, SATA 3 but in my opinion is not necessary for
HDD because they are not yet fully exploited the speed of SATA 2. Caviar Blue 320 GB is worth around U.S. $ 1.8 million - ie more than doubled over the past half year.

In addition to exploiting the advantages of speed, operating systems
and applications must be installed on the SSD, so solid drive is almost
useless when you are equipped with less than 60 GB capacity.
